Workshop

Inauguration of the INCF National Node Neuroinformatics of the Netherlands

ZonMw Building, Den Haag, Friday, December 7, 2007

This workshop will celebrate the decision of NWO at March 21, 2007, to make the Netherlands the 12th member of the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF), as well as the launch of the INCF National Node of the Netherlands. These developments will give a significant boost for neuroinformatics in the Netherlands. The director of the INCF secretariat, Jan Bjaalie, and the coordinator of the INCF National Node of the UK, David Willshaw, will honour this event with their presence. An important objective of the workshop is a plenary discussion in the afternoon on the organization of the National Node and the stimulation of neuroinformatics research in the Netherlands. The workshop will be fueled by topical presentations in the morning.
